Jason has supported and is a champion for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) efforts, which allow citizens to be trained to help themselves and their community after a disaster. Jason also served as a speaker at the County’s 10th Annual Collaborating Agencies’ Disaster Relief Effort (CADRE) conference, which featured the theme of Relationships, Readiness, Resilience”. His remarks focused on the role of faith-based groups and other engaged citizens can play in making our community more resilient.
